Problem
Traditional or manual HR processes can make it difficult to efficiently manage employee records, update information, and keep HR data organized. Managing these operations across separate files or systems can also lead to duplicated or inconsistent data and increase administrative effort.
Solution
Developed a centralized HR Management System that allows HR staff to efficiently manage employee-related information through a user-friendly web interface. The system uses ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework Core, and MySQL for application development and data management. The project follows a structured MVC architecture with Models, Controllers, Views, Repositories, and database migrations, helping separate application logic from the user interface and data-access layer. This approach improves code organization and makes the system easier to maintain and extend with additional HR features in the future.
